1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons ketchup
6 trimmed pork chops
Mix the ingredients vigorously until you have a completely smooth and creamy
The best way to use this marinade is to let the pork chop refrigerate in the marinade and
sealed plastic bag for 2-4 hours before grilling.
On a side note after this marinade is applied to the pork chops in the bag, the pork
chops can immediately be place on the grill for cooking. The marinade can also be
brushed on the pork chops as they are on the grill cooking.
