Spicy Korean BBQ Sauce!


3.5 ounces Gochujang (fermented chili paste)
1 ounce sugar
.7 ounces soy sauce

.7 ounces Sake
.7 ounces sesame seed oil
.3 ounces minced Garlic
1 ounce apple juice
.2 ounces sesame seeds


Take sesame seeds and put them in a hot pan and toast them.  Takes about 3-4 minutes to toast.  Set aside.  Now take Gochujang and put in a small bowl.  Add sugar, sake, soy sauce, apple juice, garlic, toasted sesame seeds, and sesame seed oil. Mix with spoon until sugar is dissolved into the liquid. Done!
