Competition Beef Chili

Ingredients:

1 8 oz. can tomato sauce
cayenne pepper
1 15 oz. can beef broth
dark chili powder
salt
light chili powder
2 lbs. ground beef
cooking oil
granulated onion
garlic powder
cumin
black pepper
paprika
chicken granules (or 1 cube)

 

Directions:

Start by heating up a pan with  1 tbsp cooking oil, 1 tbsp granulated onion, and ground beef. Mix all the ingredients together until meat is lightly brown.  At this point add the beef broth and tomato sauce.  Cook everything up to this point for 30 minutes. Now add 1 tsp chicken granules, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tbsp cumin, 2 tbsp dark chili powder, 1 tbsp light chili powder, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp cayenne, and 1/2 tsp black pepper.  Cook it up for another hour.  The final step is to add 1 tbsp dark chili powder, 1 tbsp light chili powder, 1/2 tbsp cumin, and 1 tsp paprika.  You’re almost done!  Leave covered and let simmer for 30 minutes. Enjoy!
