Whiskey Marinade

This is great for Filet and works well as a 2-4 hour marinade. Ingredients 1 1/2 oz. olive oil 1 oz. Whisky (your personal preference on brand) 4 cloves Garlic 2 t Worcestershire sauce 1 t Dried Thyme 3/4 t Black Pepper, finely ground 3/4 t Accent flavor enhancer (MSG)

Sweet Mustard Potato Salad

Ingredients 8 red potatoes, diced 3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped 1 cup mayonnaise, or to taste 1/2 red onion, minced 1/4 cup spicy brown mustard 4 teaspoons sweet pickle relish 1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley 1 teaspoon chopped fresh dill 1 pinch ground black pepper 1 pinch paprika

Yard Bird Poultry Rub

Pull skin back off breast and apply rub lightly underneath. Pat the skin back down and apply rub liberally on the breast. With the legs, apply liberally on the skin. Feel free to use a base even though poultry usually doesn’t need it. A olive oil base works well with poultry or a very light base of your favorite BBQ sauce.
