Bacon Wrapped Chicken Strips Marinated in Beer
Chicken Breast strips
1 teaspoon Chili powder
1 clove Garlic chopped
In a bowl combine chicken strips and pour in beer. Now add chopped garlic and 1 teaspoon chili powder. Place in refrigerator and let marinade for 24 hours. 2 hours before the marinade time is complete, take tooth picks and place them in water. Now remove marinaded chicken from fridge and place chicken strips on paper towels to dry off. Take 1-2 strips of bacon and wrap around each chicken strip. Use the tooth picks to keep everything in place.
Using indirect heat place your bacon wrapped chicken strips on the grill. At the 5 minute mark mop with maple syrup. Flip at the 10 minute mark and mop again with maple syrup. At the 15 minute mark they are done!
